The Jungle Book

 This beautiful two-seater Jungle Book carousel ride was released by Bafco of Alford around 1995.

The central column resembled a stone pillar with Mowgli sitting on a block at the base, taking bananas from Baloo who stands on the other side of the pillar.  A small wolf cub sat up begging with his front paws on Mowgli's lap.  Bagheera laid across the top of the pillar, with Kaa and a random monkey on the other side.  The rideable toys were a lion cub and white, highly decorated elephant.

The roundabout made various jungle and drum sounds when in action.  It measured 50" x 78" and, as of the 2000 Bafco price list, cost £3,495.00 to purchase.
