Teapot

 This quirky ride was manufactured by Manning Eames Leisure of Mablethorpe, and released in 1990.  The company also made a large pink and blue teacup ride.

I believe this ride originally featured an early interactive game.  The four music notes (which look more like telephone handsets to be honest!) on the inside panel would light up throughout the game and you had to press the corresponding coloured button to produce a sound effect...or possibly a short tune?  I only ever rode in one of these as a child (at Mason's Amusements in Cleveleys), and I'm afraid my memories of that ride are a little hazy after all these years.
