Super Express

 This steam engine was manufactured by Lindenberg Rijssen of Holland.  I know very little about it but believe it was released in the mid-1990s.  I only ever saw two of these as a child, both of them at Walton-on-the-Naze Pier.  A plate on the ride's base says the ride (at least the one shown in the video below) was operated/distributed by W.S.G. Operating Co. Ltd., a company who appear to be run by none other than Walton Pier!  So it's possible that W.S.G. imported a job lot and were operating several in the area.
