Manufactured by Spilsby Amusement Machines, this fire engine was released in the late 1980s.

The same mould was used for an Ambulance ride made by SAM, probably in the early 1990s. The Ambulance is much rarer. In fact, I believe the one shown in the video below is quite possibly the only one ever made.
