Westward Ho!, late 1960s

Released in the early 1960s (the earliest confirmed evidence I've found is from February 1962), this mini roundabout was manufactured by RG Mitchell.  It could be bought with a variety of different combinations of the smaller toys from Mitchell's wooden animal range.  The most commonly used seem to have been Jumbo and Stripey.  Other toys included a Sports Car, as seen in the video above.

The Ride-About was also sometimes referred to as the "2 Seater Roundabout" or "Clown-Around".
